We produce and sell the electronic grade and printing grade such as Diazo-2,1,4-chloride (CAS 36451-09-9), Diazo-2,1,5-chloride (CAS 3770-97-6) and Diazo-2,1,5-sulfonic acid sodium salt (CAS 2657-00-3) etc., which can be used to produce the photoresist for printed circuit, integrated circuit, LCD and the sensitizer for positive PS plates.
