Chitosan, a positive ion macromolecule electrolyte, is extracted from the shell of the shellfish animals, such as shrimp and crab. We started the research and development of Chitosan since the 1980????s, and in 1994 we produced high quality Chitosan and Chitin, in 1998 developed food grade Chitosan. What????s more, we are the first to develop quickly dissolvable and liquid Chitosan in China. At the very beginning Chitosan was applied in industrial wastewater treatment, which can complex with the nocuous materials and then be discharged as floccule.
