Our founder YUKSEL TEZCAN is the oldest and estimable industrialist of the Turkish Millers Trade Sector. He has carried on the millers tradition which comes from his family with the flour mills of Egridir and Aksehir. He has established a flour mill with daily 150 Ton production capacity in the year 1991. In the year 1999 he established a new modernisation factory in Izmir ???‚¬?ˆ? Menemen ,production has been reached 700 ton capacity in daily with the latest technology, the production controlled by computers.
Tezcan Flour, has been in the position of leading flour factory of the Aegean and Turkish Millers Trade sector ,increasing its own capital and contribute the Turkish economics.
Food safety works has been including HACCP, known as the program controls the negative conditions occurred about the human health. To stop the problems ,which affects the confidence of consumers and satisfaction of the consumers so every proses steps are under controlled.
It is the sense of responsibility of Tezcan Flour to the consumers; controls before production, controls being production, controls after production and to guarantee protecting quality till used and finished by the consumers.
