We at ELS are involved in the production and export of textiles. We specialize in;
1) TEXTILE FIBRES:
(i) Dyed and bleached cotton fiber for hi-tech yarn producers e.g. m?©lange yarn. Surgical cotton used by medical and cosmetic industries.
(ii) Polyester staple fiber in semi dull, bright, optical white forms. Coloured polyester staple fibre. Polyester staple fibre available in both virgin & recycled states.
2) YARNS:
(i) REGULAR STAPLE FIBRE YARNS:
(a) Cotton Yarn (carded and combed) for weaving and knitting.
(b) Polyester Spun Yarn
(c) Linen Spun Yarn
(d) PC (Polyester Cotton Blended) Yarn, Linen/Cotton Yarn for weaving and knitting.
(ii) FILAMENT YARNS:
(a) Polyester Flat Filament Yarn (FDY) in raw white, semi dull, bright and coloured forms. Regularly used counts 150D, 300D & 450D.
(b) Nylon Yarn.
(iii) STRETCH YARNS:
(i) DTY (Drawn Textured Yarn) in raw white, semi dull & coloured forms by SORONA?®(DuPont?„?), Tactel?®, Supplex?® & Coolmax?®.
(ii) T-400 by SORONA?®(DuPont?„?). Regular counts 75D, 150D, 300D, 450D, 600D
(iii) Cordura?® by Invista
(iv) Spandex/Lycra staple fibre stretch yarn. Refer to Core Spun Yarn.
(iv) CORE SPUN YARN:
(a) Spun Polyester Spandex/Lycra white and coloured.
(b) Cotton Spun Spandex/Lycra plain and m?©lange.
(v) DOUBLE COVERED YARN:
(a) Nylon Filament spun with Polyester Filament over Spandex/Lycra core.
(vi) AIR COVERED YARN:
(a) Polyester Filament Yarn Air-Covered over Spandex/Lycra Filament.
(b) Nylon Filament Covered with Polyester Filament over Spandex/Lycra core.
(vii) SPECIAL YARNS:

6) INSTITUTIONAL TEXTILES:
A variety of health care apparels like Patient Gowns, Scrub suits, Lab coats, Doctors suits and other institutional uniforms and work wears.
Our well experienced and talented young staff being well informed provides real-time information to customers. The Quality Control department continuously monitors the onsite production processes to minimize the chances of final audit failure. The preparation of a web based program is in process through which our customers will have direct access to their orders status.
We manufacture a certain part of our textile exports. The Product Development team at ELS provides technical supports to customers in terms of design, development and cost effective practical solutions of manufacturing. The company encourages and supports innovation.
We at ELS take the responsibility to check and approve all accessories and packaging to avoid delays; with our team in direct contact with vendors and customers. Our logistic team manages to provide all related documents like packing list, custom invoices, origin certificates, BL etc. with complete shipment follow-up until it is at your doorstep.
