1)buyer must come to Ghana to see the gold first,
2)buyer makes a preliminary test/analysis,
3)buyer is responsible for the government taxes before export.
4)On other terms we can also on (FOB) a bank to bank basis, that means we accept a bank guarantee (B/G) and (L/C) with terms that we are going to activate buyers (B/G) with our 2% performance bond. WE ONLY ACCEPT AN ASSIGNABLE, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE, IRREVOCABLE (B/G)
