The output of refrigerant R22 has reached 80000Mtper yea.The annuas output of Green refrigerant is 5000Mt,that Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride is 30000Mt,that fluorine salts such as Ammonium Bifluoride,Ammonium Fluoride,Sodirm Bifluoride and Magnesiun Fluosilicate,20000Mt.The capacity of PTFE is 10000Mt per annual.Dongyue Group has become one of the bases of fluorine chemical products such as environmental refrigerants,PTFE and Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride.Dongyue Union has become a famous brand.It also becomes the first brand in Organic Fluorine and new-enrironmental Refrigerants industry of China.
With a view to Green and enrironmental protection,the group bends herself to the research and exploitation of new refrigerant.In 1998,she worked together with Qinghua University in CFC substitute.The New environmental protection refrigerants R415b,R418a,mutually researched and produced by Qinghua University and Dongyue Group,were listed into type A popularized prijects of national environment-protecting key applying technology,as state level new product and as green product of China Environmental protect Fund Society,were awarded N ATIONAL S&T Innovation Prize and were approved and popularized by US SNAP Plan.At the same time,she also applies herself to the research and exploitation of fluoropolymer material.The foundation and production of PTFE 10000Mt per annual indicate that Dongyue Group has become one high science and technology enterprises in the world.
In the passed yeara,Dongyue Group has passed authentication of ISO9002 Quality Management System,ISO 14001 Environment Management System and ISO10012 Metering System.By right of advantage in Scope,Science & Technology,Services and Culture,Dongyue Group has become an outstanding supplier for military,household electric appliances,medicine,automobili,space flight,electronics etc.She became the excellent supplier of more than 50 electric companies such as Chunlan,Haier,Gree,Meidi and Changhong.The market share in domestic for the main product Refrigerant R22 has reached 36%.In addition 1/3 of her products were exported to all over the world such as Europe,U.S.A,Middle East,Australia and South-east Asia.At the same time,she established a long-term relationship with the famous companies such as Sanyo,Sharp and LG.
