High temperature composite hose
High temperature composite hose acts as an upgraded version of the standard composite hose, but it can work in the temperature of about 177?C. It is constructed for Teflon tube and the reinforcement layer is the combination of polyamides and nylons. This ensures the hose can withstand in the working pressure of 250psi.
Manufacture and construction:
Inner helix wire is SS 304 or 316.
Main body: PTFE and polypropylene.
Cover: polyester PVC coated.
Outer helix wire: SS 304 or 316 or high tensile galvanized steel. The construction can be customized by customers.
