COCOA POWDER ALTERNATIVE (CEKACO DB) CEKACO DB is a natural and economical alternative to cocoa powder. The aroma of CEKACO DB is suggestive of real cocoa and its colour is similar to the alkalized cocoa powder. CEKACO DB is produced in the hygienic factory from the natural tropical fruit, among others, fruits from meranti, palm and sapodilla trees. It is suitable for human consumption. These tropical fruits have been consumed by human for decades CEKACO DB is contains 10% - 12% vegetable fat. The fat in CEKACO DB may contain hydrogenated vegetable fat. Both CEKACO DB and cocoa powder have similar finess, colour, moisture contain, pH, microbiological standards, ash content, etc. It is mixable with cocoa powder, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter equivalent fat (CBE), cocoa butter extender fat (CBX), and cocoa butter substitute fat (CBS).
