In particular our offer of Ti products is as follows:
1. Ingots: Ti-6Al/4V, Grade-2, Grade VT 1-0, VT 6 - Dia.400-630 mm.
2. Titanium slabs: 350x1000x2000 & 250x980x2000
3. Forged bars: Grade-2 Dia.100-300 mm, Ti-6Al-4V Dia.100-300 mm, Grade VT 1-0 Dia. from 150 mm.
4. Rolled bars: Grade-5 bars Dia.50-150 mm, Ti-6Al-4V Dia.10-150 mm, VT 1-0 Dia.50 - 160 mm.
5. Sheets: Grade 2, Grade 5, Ti6Al4V, Grade VT 1-0 thickness 1- 10 mm.
6. Plates: Grade 2, Grade 5, Ti6Al4V, VT 1-0, thickness from 12 mm.
7. Seamless tubes: Grade-2, VT 1-0 (kind, dimensions as required).
8. Wire: Grade 2, Grade VT 1-0 Dia.1-6 mm.
9. Second-handed sheets and plates: Grade VT1-0 titanium sheets and plates ???recovered??? in the process of the cutting off out of the used titanium equipment. Small deficiencies. Dimensions fluctuate. Discount guaranteed!!!
10. Also TiO2 and FeTi.
11. Chemical equipment.
In addition, we can supply melting facilities equipped with 600 kW cold cathode glow discharge electron guns for production of titanium, zirconium, nickel, high purity copper and other metals ingots. These melting facilities were created and patented at our titanium mill in Kiev where we have been using them for three years. Possible productive capacity of such melting facilities is two six-ton titanium ingots per one melting. The output per year is up to 2600 Mt. Quality management is certified by TUV.
