(2) A Recent Copy Statement showing who is the Holder (Owner) of the Stocks, Bonds, BAnk Guarantee, Treasuries, etc.
(3) For Stocks/Bonds - Must have a Recent Copy Statement showing who is the Signor and Grantor.
(4) For Bank Guarantees/Insurance Guarantees/Financial Instruments - Client(s) must provide a Recent Copy Statement showing who is the Bank/Insurance Company, etc., who actually issued
the Guarantee/Financial Instrument, and It Must Include the Contact Person/Title, Address, Telephone/Fax Number.
(NOTE: If A Foreign Bank/Company, Client(s) must also provide an affiliated U.S./North American/European Bank/Company, with Contact Person/Title, Address, Telephone/Fax Number.
(5) For Government Bonds/Government Backed Notes - Client(s) must do Steps #1, #2, and provide a Recent Copy Statement showing who is the Government Agency, Legal Authority, Contact Person/Title,
Address, Telephone/Fax Number.
(6) Wiring Instructions and or Postal Instructions for receiving Disbursement of Funds after verification process and all terms and conditions ahve been fully disclosed and agreed to by the Investor(s) and the Client(s).
