We are a (UK) Private Int'l Trading Company operating
from Dubai since 1987 and have planned the challenging
program of raising the Company???‚¬?„?s trading level and become
a worldwide trading organization by establishing our own
branches and people in strategic markets of Africa, Asia,
South America and Europe.
To finance the implementation of this project, we are seeking
EQUITY FINANCING (US$ 1 million).
As a Private Company the maximum number of shareholders
is 40. The total number of outstanding shares is 3,000 of
which only 1,000 for sale at a price of US$ 1,000 per share
The minimum investment is 25 shares.
For the new organization, we estimate initial annual earnings of
at least US$ 3 millions equivalent to US$ 1,000 earnings per
share.
By raising our trading level, we also raise the quality of our
business opportunities. Therefore, there is a real possibility
that for a well Organized Worldwide Corporation, the annual
earnings might grow in a few years to perhaps $ 20/30 millions
or $ 7,000 / 10,000 per share.
Basically, our activity is Commodities & Equipment trading,
Import / Export, Marketing research. However, for this project
we have already spent so much time and money to establish
hundreds of business relations over more than 60 countries
that practically, we can now handle any type of inquiry whatsoever.
The scope of this investment proposal is to guarantee the annual
budget of the new organization for at least two years. However,
we believe that business should auto finance the Company in a
very much shorter time.
